OACES Google Account

An OACES Google account has been developed to serve as a collaborative hub for our organization and specifically to facilitate the expedient update of the OACES Directory. Please open the latest version of the OACES directory in Word and update your personal or department information, which is now posted on Google Docs.

To access our Gmail & Google Account, please sign in with the following info:

• Email: ohioaces@gmail.com

• Password: oacesoaces

Here are the steps to access our Google Docs account:

1. Go to www.google.com

2. Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner of your screen

3. Enter: Email: ohioaces@gmail.com   Password: oacesoaces

4. Click "More" from the tool-bar in the upper left corner

5. Select "Documents"

6. Once you have selected "Documents" a screen will display all of the documents uploaded by the group. Click on OACESDirectory08 and get started adding, updating or editing. Once you are finished click "Save and Close"

7. If you would like to add a new document, it must be saved as a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file. Then click "Upload" from our Google Docs

8. page. Find your document on your desktop and click "Upload file." You will then find it posted on Google Docs. If you want to create a new document right in Google Docs, click "New" and select the type you want, create it and then save and close.
